2. Service Description

SEO Blog Agent is an automated content creation platform that uses AI agents to:

• Research and analyze search engine results
• Generate SEO-optimized blog content
• Create content briefs and outlines
• Optimize content for search engines
• Integrate with Google Drive for content storage

3. User Accounts and API Keys

3.1 Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 API Key Requirements

The Service requires you to provide your own API keys from third-party services:

• OpenRouter API: Required for AI content generation
• SerpAPI: Required for search result analysis
• Google Drive API (Optional): For content storage integration

You are responsible for all costs associated with these third-party API services. No Nirvana Digital is not responsible for charges incurred through your use of third-party APIs.

4. Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients who wish to cancel their subscription for our services must provide written notice to No Nirvana Digital at anirban@nonirvanadigital.com. Cancellation will be effective only from the subsequent payment period. No refunds will be given for any amounts already paid.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Generate content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Create spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate others

6. Content Ownership and License

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. However, you grant No Nirvana Digital a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models may not be entirely original. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that generated content does not infringe on third-party rights before publication.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including software, algorithms, design, logos, and documentation, is the property of No Nirvana Digital and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms:

• OpenRouter: AI content generation
• SerpAPI: Search result analysis
• Google Drive: Optional content storage
• Supabase: Authentication and data storage

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. No Nirvana Digital is not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of these third-party services.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

No Nirvana Digital will not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Third-party API failures or costs
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Loss of data or content
• Any other matter relating to the Service

10. Warranties Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO NIRVANA DIGITAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Nirvana Digital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and No Nirvana Digital regarding the Service.
